In March a Golden, Colorado fire department employee placed a noose around the neck of a Snoop on a Stoop figurine and left it in a stairwell. City officials and the Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Task Force branded the act a revival of racial terror, terminated the man months later, and issued public apologies for the offense.
The Managerial Priesthood that staffs these equity commissions seized the episode as proof of an ever-present threat requiring their perpetual oversight. They demanded the mayor explain why their apparatus had not been alerted immediately, treating a plastic doll as evidence of systemic violence rather than a crude joke.
Reality itself stands accused. The Realists of the undivided Church taught that moral order is discovered in the created order, not invented by bureaucratic decree. When a figurine becomes a capital offense, the City of Man has substituted its own liturgy for the objective truth once confessed at Nicaea.
The Puritans who settled these shores understood that covenant order rests upon actual sin and actual repentance, not upon the manufacture of perpetual racial guilt. Their descendants now witness the inversion: harmless parody is elevated to historic crime while the institutions that enforce the new creed remain beyond scrutiny.
Holly Olivarez of the REDI Task Force declared that a black man with a noose around his neck in America necessarily makes a statement. The statement she refuses to hear is that her own order now requires the sacrifice of ordinary men to maintain the narrative of unending terror.
Western Christendom once distinguished the accidental from the essential through the slow accumulation of canon law and common law. That inheritance is discarded when a stairwell prank triggers termination and public penance while the real decay of cities, families, and borders proceeds unremarked.
The Technocratic Automaton that runs these local governments has no interest in proportion or mercy. Its logic demands that every gesture be read through the lens of power, and every dissenter be removed before the spell breaks.
The Faithful Remnant must therefore refuse the categories imposed by these commissions. They must defend the right of men to speak plainly, to jest without permission, and to live under the law rather than under the ever-shifting anathemas of equity.
Where the Managerial Priesthood rules, truth is the first casualty. Where the remnant still remembers the ancient creeds, it will reject both the doll and the noose fashioned by its accusers.
