In the closing days of January 2025, officials of the outgoing administration drafted an internal memo outlining the rapid expansion of Temporary Protected Status to more than three million foreign nationals from Guatemala, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and beyond. The explicit purpose was to erect a wall of administrative and judicial barriers that would prevent the elected president from executing the mass removals the people had demanded at the ballot box.
These architects of demographic displacement did not act from confusion or compassion. They acted from calculation, seeking to weaponize activist courts and bind the hands of the incoming administration through years of contrived litigation. Their design was not to govern but to dispossess the historic American nation of its right to determine who may enter and remain within its borders.
Such conduct violates the first principle of ordered polity: that a people possess the authority to preserve their own demographic and cultural integrity. Scripture records that God established the boundaries of nations and commanded Israel to maintain them; the undivided Church affirmed in the Nicene Creed the reality of one holy catholic and apostolic body ordered under divine law rather than human contrivance.
The late Western Roman Empire offers the clearest historical parallel. When imperial authorities granted foederati status to barbarian tribes without regard for the cohesion of the Roman people, the result was not integration but the gradual dissolution of the res publica itself. The same logic operates today when bureaucratic fiat overrides the expressed will of the citizenry.
The major premise stands beyond dispute. National sovereignty is not a negotiable administrative preference but a divine ordinance for the protection of distinct peoples. When rulers deliberately import populations to nullify that sovereignty, they commit an act of foundational disloyalty against the commonwealth they are sworn to defend.
The judgment follows directly. Officials who authored and advanced this memo placed themselves in open opposition to the lawful order of the American republic and the historic Christian understanding of nationhood. They must be removed from every position of influence, their legal instruments nullified, and their methods exposed as the calculated subversion they are.
The faithful remnant must therefore demand immediate enforcement of existing immigration statutes, the dismantling of Temporary Protected Status expansions, and the restoration of border sovereignty as the non-negotiable condition of national survival. No further delay is tolerable.
