The Log Cabin Republicans, that lavender faction long tolerated within the GOP, have announced they will cease rallying or vouching for the T. Their statement arrives not from conviction but from political embarrassment as public revulsion against medical mutilation of children grows.
These actors, styling themselves conservative while advancing the first letters of the same revolutionary alphabet, now seek to cordon off the most visible excess while retaining the underlying premise that desire overrides created order. Such half-measures have always served the City of Man, buying time for further erosion of household and nation.
The governing principle violated here traces to the undivided Church and the first chapter of Genesis: male and female He created them, a binary affirmed in the Nicene Creed’s declaration of God as maker of all things visible and invisible. No later council or parliament may amend what the Creator established before the fall.
Puritan covenant theology and the Anglican settlement both placed the household under divine law rather than private appetite, recognizing that disordered affections in one generation become public policy in the next. The present retreat changes nothing of that lineage; it merely concedes ground already lost.
The inescapable judgment follows directly. Any faction that once carried the full banner of the sexual revolution cannot be trusted to guard the remnant of Christian order. Their partial withdrawal is an admission that the original coalition was a lie.
The faithful must therefore treat the entire alphabet as a single front. No letters may be salvaged for respectability while the rest continue their assault on minors, marriage, and the imago Dei.
Households, churches, and local magistrates must now build parallel structures that refuse all cooperation with the compromised institutions still harboring these factions. The time for strategic alliances with the revolution’s slower wing has ended.
