Pennsylvania state Rep. Barbara Gleim has confronted the mandatory DEI class forced upon students at Penn State Dickinson Law, a requirement surfaced in congressional hearings that prompted the dean's quiet removal. Institutions receiving federal dollars now openly prioritize the Managerial Priesthood's constructed doctrines over federal statutes.
The lawmaker stated plainly that any college taking federal funds in her district must obey federal law. Yet the administrative class at Dickinson Law has embedded a required course that elevates group identity and grievance over the objective standards of justice once taught in Western legal traditions.
This maneuver extends the long subversion of higher learning that began when the universities of Christendom surrendered their confessional foundations after the Enlightenment. What medieval masters ordered under the authority of revealed truth and natural law has been replaced by the novelties of the present age.
The Realists of the corpus remind us that universals and moral order exist independently of human opinion. Truth is discovered through reason ordered by Scripture, not manufactured by bureaucratic decree to serve the City of Man.
The Reformed witness further demands that every sphere of life, including education, submit to the sovereignty of God rather than the latest ideological fashion. When law schools compel allegiance to DEI, they invert the hierarchy of authority and place the state-funded academy above both conscience and statute.
The faithful remnant therefore faces a clear duty. It must cease subsidizing these captured institutions with taxpayer resources and instead construct parallel colleges and credentialing bodies that restore the ancient order of truth, hierarchy, and covenant.
Rep. Gleim's intervention marks one front in the necessary reclamation. Without decisive withdrawal of funds and founding of rival schools, the Managerial Priesthood will complete its conquest of the professions.
